User Forum
With the colder season now upon us, our meetings are becoming more “virtual” again. This makes us all the more eager to look back on September, which gave us another chance to connect with our customers in person.
Over the years, the user forums have become a well-established tradition. Numerous customers from a wide variety of industries and application areas come together with colleagues from GUS LAB’s development, project, and sales teams to discuss past topics, current issues, and new developments.
Customer experiences with their LIMS software are particularly valuable—and our user forums provided the ideal platform for this. Ultimately, this also benefits the further development of the software.
This year, separate events were held one last time. Customers of blomesystem® Software came to Leipzig. LABS/Q and VALIDAT customers met in Aachen. At both venues, the days were very well filled with a comprehensive mix of external and internal presentations. In both Aachen and Leipzig, colleagues from Wega Informatik further enriched the program with very interesting presentations on IT security and digitalization.
Highlights in Leipzig included not only the new features in the blomesystem®-LIMS but also the topic of sample planning. Among other things, the new sampling app—developed in collaboration with the Leipzig Waterworks—was presented there.
